• Valid class 5 driver’s license with an acceptable 5 year driving abstract
• Can work independently and problem-solve on the job
• Are comfortable interacting with customers in a professional, respectful way
• Are willing to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
• Can work in various weather conditions and physical environments
• Have basic knowledge of hand tools and troubleshooting
• Take pride in their work and care about doing the job right the first time
